With every surgery performed, we have made a commitment to ready our patients to the best of our ability. Specifically, this involves providing instructions on how to properly prepare for surgery.
If you have NOT received your preparation for your upcoming surgical procedure, or you need further explanation, please call our practice immediately, and ask for the Surgery Scheduling Department, 847-255-9697, x2670. Pre-surgical preparations are specific per surgical procedure and surgeon.
